The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice is a unique space that was created to support small and medium-sized companies. We have been operating for over 30 years now. We are a kind of home for entrepreneurs, whom we help, train and support in local and international activities. We take the first steps with them and help them transform their business in line with the latest market trends.

We consist of over 500 companies located in Poland and the rest of Europe. Our mission is to support SMEs and cooperate with scientific, business, (self) governmental and governmental institutions in order to create an environment supporting business in the world. We attach great importance to the international cooperation of our organization, thanks to which we enable our members to develop on foreign markets. We are the organizer of the European Congress of Small and Medium Enterprises – the largest event dedicated to SMEs in Europe.

Danmar Computers – Poland

Danmar Computers is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology, with experience in developing modern web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. DANMAR is also a provider of vocational education and training on IT with long-term experience in carrying out European projects matching the needs of various target groups. During 20 years, the company has successfully implemented over 160 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress, HORIZON2020 and recently Erasmus+. In many of these projects DANMAR was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies. Danmar Computers is also the developer and provider of AdminProject, the on-line European project management system.

Gabrovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GbCCI) – Bulgaria

Gabrovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GbCCI) is a non-profit, non-governmental legal body founded in 1991. Its mission is regional development support, representation and protection of its members interests vis-à-vis local and state governmental bodies and fostering the European and international integration of Gabrovo region. As a representative organization of employers GbCCI participates in the social dialogue and is represented in many regional tripartite councils and commission. The Chamber works in close cooperation with labour offices, local and national authorities, and social partners. The Chamber is a host structure of a Europe Direct Center.  The Chamber has a training department which is a branch of the National Center for Vocational Training within Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCVT). It organizes vocational training and re-training for improvement of the qualification of its members’ employees and unemployed from the region, organizes short-term workshops and seminars for life-long learning, etc. /licensed by NAVET for training in more than 60 professions/. GBCCI has successfully implemented over 25 national and European projects in the field of vocational education and training, the competitiveness of SMEs, etc. Currently, 3 Erasmus + projects are being implemented.

EuroVértice – Spain

EuroVértice is a consulting firm specialized in European financing, born in 2006 with the aim of promoting the participation of public and private entities and companies in R+D+i projects, financed with European funds. In these more than 15 years EuroVértice has taken part in almost all European programmes, providing training in EU issues and environmental matters to the public and private sector. Along with the European funding service, EuroVértice has developed a consultancy service specialized in urban, environmental and energy development. The development and management of Sustainable and Integrated Urban Strategies, the Regional Circular Economy Strategy, the Action plans for Climate and Sustainable Energy or the implementation of the ISO 50,001 are some of these services.

Association of Academicians Union – Turkey

Akademisyenler Birligi Dernegi (Association of Academicians Union/AAU) established in 2001 and it has more than 400 active members. AAU is an NGO that carries out activities in national and international wide. The members from every part of Turkey, the association organizes courses to increase the professional competence of the academicians and interviews regarding scientific journal publication and current issues.

It still has an active EU Erasmus+, IPA and R&D projects with universities. The association has organized interviews in regard to the changes in the higher education system, prepared reports. It is in the position of NGO to represent the academics to be the final beneficiary of the project best.

Heves County Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Hungary

The Heves County Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HKIK) was established on 1 January 1995 after the adoption of the Chamber Act. Its main task is to promote the development and organisation of the economy, the security of business transactions, the fairness of market behaviour and the general, common interests of economic operators. In terms of its form, the Chamber is a public institution and its activities are based on the principle of self-government. The Chamber provides various economic services to companies free of charge. HKIK operates an independent Project Office with many years of experience in tendering, including the successful completion of several LLP LdV and Erasmus+ tenders. Since 2004 we have been successfully participating in tenders for which we have developed an appropriate strategy.

The Chamber’s vocational training tasks are being expanded from year to year and now range from vocational guidance and vocational training to dual higher education. Tasks of the Chamber: organising vocational training, checking and registering future apprenticeship contracts, delegating examinations, organising the competition “Excellent Student of the Trade”, accrediting and controlling apprentice positions, organising and coordinating the County’s round table on labour market coordination and the sectoral working groups, as well as training instructor courses and craftsmen training.

Colleagues working in vocational training maintain daily contact with both school and company professionals. The common goal of the vocational schools, the business organisations and the Chamber is to form a highly qualified team of professionals and to create the right balance between general and vocational education by acquiring modern and up-to-date knowledge.
